| Description |
As the only openly bipolar APPA-certified philosophical counselor and the author of the paper "What Does Rationality Have to Do with Respect?" I offer specialized guidance and support in navigating the challenges that people with psychiatric diagnoses often face. I have a PhD in philosophy from the University of Toronto and have been a research affiliate at the Massachetts of Technology. The author a book, Wittgenstein's Account of Truth, short-listed for the Canadian Philosophical Association Book Prize, I now specialize in the intersection of moral philosophy and philosophical practice and have published four papers in the APPA journal. I draw on my philosophical background in the services I offer: guiding people facing hard decisions in exploring their commitments and helping people dissatisfied with their lives and themselves find ways of thinking increasing their well-being. . I started my counseling practice in 2004 and provide counseling online. |
