Description

Sissi majored in Sociology and Art History at Hood College (USA), holds an MA in Philosophy from Manipal University (India), and is a certified philosophical counsellor by the American Philosophical Practitioners Association. She has walked in various professional paths, from project development to academic and cultural management, where she has often occupied senior leadership positions and engaged in data-driven process optimisation, programme management, and overall strategic transformation. She has worked for and with notable organisations such as the British Council, Newmont Corporation, Cálidda, Scotiabank, Apoyo, Fundación Telefónica, Fundación Wiese, Teatro La Plaza, MALI, Escuela Nacional Superior de Bellas Artes del Perú. She is a professor of Philosophy and History of Art at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya.
Throughout these experiences, she has guided hundreds of students and colleagues through decision-making processes, helping them untangle the threads of their thoughts and tackle challenges in both their personal and professional lives.
Her academic interests lie in Hindu and Buddhist sacred art and architecture, particularly the intersection of Indian theories of art and aesthetics with those related to the body, health, and wellbeing. Additionally, she has a keen interest in the therapeutic aspects of traditional arts practices and the study of sacred geometry.

She is the founder and CEO of LUCIDA, where she currently works as a consultant and therapist.
