Description |
I help adults grapple with the search for meaning and purpose, the clarification of core beliefs and values, ethical dilemmas, issues of identity and change, power relations and injustice, alienation, and the challenge of creating an authentic and empowered life. My philosophical specialties are in ethics and political philosophy, ancient Greek philosophy, existentialism, feminism, and the philosophy of communication. I'm a former philosophy professor and after 20+ years of studying and teaching philosophy in traditional academic settings, I've turned my focus to philosophy as a way of life. I offer individual philosophical counseling and lead occasional workshops and retreats on the practical value of philosophy through my business Curious Soul Philosophy. |
