Description |
Depathologising Life through Philosophical Dialogue ~ As an APPA-certified philosophical counsellor with 25 years in mental health, including 11 years as a clinical counsellor, and 18 years of meditative practice, I help clients explore life’s deeper questions—meaning, purpose, identity, ethical challenges. I work with relationships, moral dilemmas, existential crises, and life-altering events. I specialise in grief, estrangement, chronic/terminal illness, meaning-making, and supporting parents of trans-identifying children. I use Socratic inquiry, Stoic resilience, Existentialist authenticity, and Buddhist mindfulness to cultivate clarity and agency. As your dialogical partner, I provide a respectful space, rooted in our shared human condition, to flourish, free from labels. Contact me. |
