Description |
As a certified philosophical counselor, I focus on transformational philosophy as a gentle yet profound path to metanoia — a change of heart and mind that renews how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Inspired by the ancient tradition of philosophy as a spiritual exercise (following Pierre Hadot’s vision), I guide people towards deeper self-understanding, quiet reflection, and the healing power of silence. I believe that true philosophy is not only thinking — it is a practice of inner transformation. In a noisy, exhausted world, I help clients slow down, ask life-giving questions, and rediscover the hidden wisdom within themselves. My practice weaves together philosophical dialogue, contemplative exercises, meditation rooted in the ancient Christian contemplative tradition, breathwork, bibliotherapy, and techniques for deep relaxation and regeneration. By uniting these elements, I create a safe space where people can rest their minds, open their hearts, and nurture their souls. Through individual sessions, workshops, and written resources, I invite people to experience philosophy as a living practice — a gentle daily path that cultivates awareness, resilience, and joy. I warmly welcome all who feel tired of constant noise and hurry — and long to return to themselves through reflection, wisdom, and the quiet courage to change. I provide counseling both in real life and online. |
