Description

My approach combines traditional philosophical counselling with my expertise and training in Mindfulness and MindBody therapy and coaching to offer a unique, evidence-based approach that brings together the best of eastern and western modalities.

The sessions involve an open dialogue as we explore whatever issue, question or problem is of concern to you. Each session is tailored to the individual and offers philosophical assistance and dialogue in managing life’s challenges and questions. For those on a quest to understand and heal at the deepest level, our work together supports you so you can make aligned decisions and experience deeper fulfilment.

Some of my approaches may include:

Self-inquiry - pursuing questions to help you know yourself better.

Existential approach - exploring meaning and purpose in your life.

Inner relationship focusing - a gentle body-centred form of self-inquiry to help you heal and access positive life-forward energy.

Somatic work - a variety of MindBody therapy and coaching techniques influenced by philosophical approaches that help identify your strengths and increase your resilience & resources for lasting wellness.

Mindfulness - cultivating a compassionate balanced state of non-judgemental present moment awareness
